Elite Counseling and Intervention

Begin your Journey to Healing and Restoration

Meet Tyra Fowler, LPC-S, LCDC

In life we go through challenges that we do not expect to experience. The variety of challenges can mentally impact our daily lives. As your therapist my goal is to work collaboratively with you to address issues such as anxiety, depression, life adjustments, and substance abuse. My goal is to assist you in finding healthy ways to cope. By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Motivational Enhancement Therapy I would like to help you navigate through life in a judgment free zone.

During this season of your life I will guide you in identifying areas of change and assist you to define goals that will transform your life in a safe supportive environment. My desire is that you will take the necessary steps to begin the process of healing and restoration. I provide a caring, authentic, and collaborative approach in the therapy process.

Therefore, I invite you to call me if you need help and are going through a difficult time. I’m here for you and your family. I look forward to hearing from you.
